In accordance with Article 26 (paragraph 2, subparagraph 21) of the Law "On Natural Monopolies" of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Article 13 (paragraph 12) of the Law "On Electric Power" of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC "Astana - Regional Electric Network Company" publishes information on reserves, availability of free and accessible capacity, throughput of the networks of the natural monopoly entity, as well as network layouts or other property used in the provision of regulated services.
