Objective of the Compliance Officer's Role:
Ensuring compliance with anti-corruption legislation, monitoring the implementation of anti-corruption measures, and fostering an internal legal and corporate culture within the company that rejects corruption and upholds the principles of integrity and incorruptibility in the performance of official duties.

Tasks:

- Implementation of a unified policy in the field of anti-corruption;

- Instilling in officials and employees of the company an understanding of zero tolerance for any corrupt practices;

- Minimizing the risk of involving officials, employees, and third parties in corrupt activities;

- Development and implementation of anti-corruption standards aimed at preventing and combating corruption, as well as minimizing and eliminating the consequences of corrupt actions;

- Educating employees on strict adherence to anti-corruption laws and internal regulatory documents governing the company’s activities in the field of anti-corruption;

- Ensuring the absence of corruption-inducing factors in the company’s internal regulatory documents;

- Promoting transparency, fair competition, and objectivity in the execution of work and provision of services.
